About Kathy Borrelli

About Kathy Borrelli

The Windsor--Tecumseh Conservative Association is proud to welcome Kathy Borrelli as its Conservative candidate in Windsor--Tecumseh for the 2021 Federal Election.

Kathy’s passion for supporting people comes through every day. Her professional career has been built on helping people make positive changes in their lives that have allowed them to thrive and become healthy, happy and successful. Kathy believes in helping others reach their true potential, and if elected MP for Windsor-Tecumseh, she will ensure that our region will too achieve its full potential. With many Canadians still left behind during our COVID-19 recovery and unable to return to work in their field, Kathy understands in full the struggles being faced by residents of our community
and has the professional experience to know of and to understand the tools available to help overcome them.

“I'm running in this election because the pandemic has put a terrible toll on Windsor-Tecumseh’s employment, housing affordability, and mental health support. Canada's Recovery Plan tackles all of these issues head-on and the Conservative Party of Canada's platform will address the many problems that have arisen in our community as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.“

Kathy is a registered nurse and has worked with the vulnerable populations of Community Living Windsor for over 13 years, training those with intellectual disabilities for meaningful work. Kathy is also a serial entrepreneur, having founded and operated several Windsor-based restaurants and nightclubs. She has also worked in hospitality management at Casino Windsor, as a pediatric care nurse at Hotel Dieu-Grace Hospital, and has served as a clinical Instructor of Pediatrics at St. Clair College. Kathy’s decades of volunteer service to our community includes the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Windsor Battle of the Hors d’Oeuvres and the continuing Community Living of Windsor Delicious Wishes fundraisers supporting her past, present and future students.

Kathy lives in Windsor with her husband Paul and you’ll find her innovating and problem-solving issues around the house and within her community at every opportunity.
